McDonald's in Werne

Unfortunately, taking the order via the McDrive was "difficult". Unfortunately they didn't understand everything we wanted to order. At last at the counter, the employees looked stressed and didn't even look at you properly. However, the food was nice and hot.

German language nil. Order is named digit by digit and you still get another voucher. If you then draw her attention to it at the window, the employee says: I have no idea what he wants, he say so I do but he say no. The manager is the same unfriendly and not German speaking group. When the food is served, you ask whether everything is there, the answer is of course. If you look inside, exactly 50% are missing.

Very friendly and customer-oriented team. Unfortunately, most McDonald's is no longer known. Can be recommended without hesitation.

As always delicious. Because of Corona, everything is cleanly disinfected. Data of the guests are precisely recorded and the mask obligation of the employees is observed. In this way, the guests can safely linger for a while.

They gave me the wrong order

We redeemed a 2x1 Mc Flurry voucher and got 2x half-filled Mc Flurry ... I would definitely not pay the full price for it!

Totally incapable of being on a Wednesday afternoon that wasn't busy. Ordered via the touchboard. No sauces at all, ice in the drink, which was canceled. No hand paper on the toilet in Corona times. And a crumpled napkin for a large order.

Hmm, we're waiting for 20 minutes, and no food yet. OK, it's Corona time, the restaurant can only be half full. Imagine what if it were full 🤪 OK, food came after 28 minutes, burger cold and french fries hot, but unsalted. Wrong toy enclosed and curry sauce was missing. Bravo. For me the worst service I've ever experienced at McDonald's.

Very good service. We had ordered 2 dark chocolates and only when we were on the road again realized that it was unfortunately only hot milk with a bit of color. Two days later we informed the employees about this and of course we received two new dark chocolates. Very good service, excellent customer orientation !!! Always my pleasure.

A normal McD. Ordering via the drive-in was easy. It was also quite quick. The toilet was still acceptable as it was. Usually, McD's toilets are cleaner. A urinal was flooded ... Anyway, I just had to have something to counteract my hunger quickly, because the toilet system doesn't really matter.

Appears to be a standard McDonald's restaurant but there was no water in the men's toilet and the serving wasn't complete to what we ordered

Terribly slow and unfriendly staff. Waited 15 minutes for a single cheeseburger and witnessed multiple people return with their orders as they weren't correct. It wasn't even that busy. Would not go back here.

Great burger but fries were cold. It was quite busy so the personal was stressed. Besides that, it's good enough, related to other McDonald's stores.

Big vegan burger was really good! Good service, clean restaurant.
